Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to maintain and distribute quality products at House-Autry Mills, Inc. Although we hope your product is satisfactory, refunds or replacements for damaged products are eligible within (15) Fifteen Days of product delivery. Please contact us with any concerns of damage or unsuitable products to request a refund or replacement of product.

Your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. It can take up to 5 additional business days to inspect and process refunds.  

Due to Covid-19 and product safety we do not accept product returns.
