Production Schedule

Your order will be placed for production in the earliest possible time slot available. Standard artwork turnaround time 48-72 hours from the day we receive your artwork. That time could vary depending on our workload at the time. We will then email you a proof. After you approve your label we will print, process and ship your final product.

Rush Service:
1-4 working days from final artwork approval ( Rush Charge will apply).

Normal Production:
7-10 working days from final artwork approval.

Normal Shipping Transit Time:
1-2 business days within Florida and 2-5 business days within the contiguous United States, not including shipping day. International transit will vary.

Not having all items stated above (logo, copy, and deposit and order form).

Not faxing or e-mailing back approvals and correspondence promptly. Numerous changes to your copy or layout.

Holidays, equipment malfunction, delays in delivery services, weather, etc.

What Do I Need To Process An Order?

The image must be a quality copy of your logo in color, if applicable (the larger the better). If you are sending pre-designed artwork, size it according to label size on the specification sheet. We can accept files in most PC formats including, .eps, .ai, .jpg, .tif, .gif, .cdr, .pub, and .psd. Sized to 300 dpi at 100%. No bitmaps, please.

Copy must be neatly printed (15-20 words) describing your establishment, multiple locations, or anything you would like to express about your business. This does not Include Salt & Pepper Grinders

This must include the name of the contact person who is responsible for approving all items during the production process along with their phone number and email address if available.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to start your order. We accept company checks and all major credit cards. Please do not send cash. Full payment is due upon completion of your order for all new customers. Terms of payment are available once an account has been established, and your credit has been approved. This does not apply when putting products into your food service.

Yes. We offer terms to well-established businesses. Our terms are based off a credit check that is filled out prior to placing an order. Our terms vary from net 10 days – net 60 days.

Once you have placed your order and have sent over your logo/artwork, we will have a proof back to you within 48-72 hours. Our graphics department will build the labels based off your specifications and/or your website. Once label(s) are approved, please allow 7-10 days to receive the product.

What information has to be on the label?

FDA requirements, we must have the nutrition facts, ingredients, sauce amount and distributed by information.

No, our company name is not on the label at all. The “Distributed By” information is your company. Your customers will never know the product came from us. To keep in strict guidelines by the FDA, we file a letter to let them know where the product was produced.

Yes, we can certainly work with you on producing and packaging your secret recipe of a hot sauce or seasoning blend. A great way to start your branded product line for retail sales and build another stream of revenue. Bulk is available for kitchen use.
