Lemon Pepper Tilapia

Ingredients

4 Fresh Tilapia Fillets
House Autry Lemon Pepper Flavor Expressions - 1 pouch
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp butter, softened (not melted)
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation 

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray generously with non-stick baking spray.

  3. In a bowl stir together the mayo, sour cream, softened butter, and shredded parmesan.

  4. Lay the tilapia fillets on the baking sheet.

  5. Divide the mayo mixture among the 4 fillets. Spread it evenly over the top (just the top of the tilapia, not both sides).

  6. Sprinkle about 2 tbsp of lemon pepper coating on top of each fillet.

  7. Pop in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

  8. Serve with lemon wedges, wild rice and roasted asparagus or broccoli.

Tips

Thickness of fish fillets can vary, make sure you cook your tilapia until it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.
