- 2lb. package House-Autry Chicken Breader
- 5 pounds of chicken wings and/or drumettes
- 2 cups water
- Oil for frying

Step One
In a cast iron skillet or electric frying pan, preheat oil to 375°F. - Test with thermometer or by sprinkling a little breading mix in oil - if it bubbles up golden brown, oil is ready.

Step Two
bubbles up golden brown, oil is ready. Measure out 2 tablespoons of Medium-Hot breading mix and set aside in small bowl. -
Step Three
Moisten wings and/or drumettes in water and shake off excess. Coat chicken in breading mix until all pieces are coated. -
Step Four
When oil is proper temperature, gently place wings/drumettes into the oil, leaving room around each piece for oil to flow. -
Step Five
Fry chicken for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. -
Step Six
Drain on wire racks with paper towels. -
Tip
Serve with celery and carrot sticks, blue cheese or ranch dressing.
