- 1 1/2 cups House-Autry Veggie Fry
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 cup water
- 1 32-ounce jar whole dill pickles, drained
- Oil for frying

Step TwoMoisten vegetables with water, milk or buttermilk. Shake off excess moisture.
Step ThreeCoat vegetables with breading mix by shaking together in a plastic bag or rolling in breading mix.
Step FourDeep fry 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
